Find individual commercial boiler technicians in the northern US. Every qualified person needs a name, current role, relevant specialty, work geography, and a source you can inspect.

Cloud batches run hourly, even with your computer off.

The first workflow

  1. Find specialist employers. Commercial boiler, burner, combustion, steam and hydronics service. Use official manufacturer/service networks and employer sites to seed discovery.
  2. Extract named professionals. Read public team pages and structured Person records. Separate hands-on service technicians from office staff, installers, sales and boiler operators.
  3. Verify the hard filters. Resolve name + employer; check role, boiler specialty and northern work location. Incomplete evidence stays in review.
  4. Attach a change. Keep page baselines and hiring presence separate from dated hiring, contracts, branches and certifications. A source’s observation date is not an event date.
  5. Export what is proven. Target 500 distinct qualified people. Direct verified contact details are a separate coverage metric.

Spend where it changes the result.

The first pass uses public sources, deterministic extraction and no paid enrichment or model calls. The job stops at 2,500 pages, ten per domain, or 500 reviewed people. It processes four pages per hourly batch. Cloudflare hosting/storage usage is accounted for separately.

More people requires more evidence. Employer lists, company phones, licensed boiler operators and generic residential HVAC technicians do not count as qualified commercial boiler technicians.

The local stdio MCP adapter exposes job status, bounded batches, approved source imports, and radar status. The cloud scheduler continues independently of the MCP client. Personal lead records are protected by an operator token and excluded from the public directory.
The internal scraper is this first Fundador MVP. Paid people-data providers, authenticated social profiles, visitor identification, CRM intent and outbound sending are not connected.
